SUPPORT THE COZ

CONCERNED CITIZENS

1. Help obtain citizens support for the COZ by gathering petition signatures.  For a copy of the petition, click here.  (Note: petitions are not used as a source for mailing lists.) 
2. Organize, organize! Ask organizations of which you are a member to support the COZ. Bring the Statement of Support (SOS) to your organization's meeting (e.g., community, environmental, fishing, diving, women's, business, surfing, boating groups) to approve and become a supporter of the Clean Ocean Zone. Presentations about the COZ can be arranged for the groups' meetings to discuss the COZ.
   
3. Ask your municipality to support the COZ. Bring the Statement of Support (SOS) to your town council. Ask them to pass this as a town resolution in support of the COZ. Presentations about the COZ can be arranged for the meeting to discuss the COZ.
